Web 2.0-What does it really mean?

Hey, I was watching this killer video in my CSIS class, have a ball.

So what is web 2.0 all about? Content and text. I love opening part of the video, showing the power of digital text... and hypertext. We've never been in shortage of text - just look at the size of any city library, not to mention the library of congress. But the information age began when it became available in digital format.
